This is a bit like the British scientist Bernard "Bernard effect" in my reflection. The Bernard effect refers to the fact that the interests are too broad, the thinking is too divergent, and a large number of first discovery opportunities are missed. It is very unfavorable to fine and in-depth creation, and later generations will call this phenomenon the Berner effect. But not entirely, because my theoretical innovations in many aspects are so far ahead of their time, and some of them may only be recognized by people after decades or even centuries of scientific significance and academic value. Therefore, the academic evaluation of my scientific research achievements in today's academic circles is far from satisfactory as I imagined, which is a bit like the embodiment of Mendel's phenomenon in me. Because I also have a wide range of hobbies, my research on many aspects is innovative across multiple disciplines, resulting in a large number of "extraordinary scientific and technological research achievements", which can not be quickly recognized and accepted by people, resulting in Mendelian tragedy effect. This is what I call the "calm effect." On the basis of this unification, the "life science large-scale system theory" system is constructed in an all-round way. Breakthroughs have been made in the discipline construction of science and technology, the basic theory research of life science and the establishment of large system theory of life science. First of all, we found "the general equilibrium law of biological metabolism", "the natural equilibrium selection law of biological evolution", "the probability distribution law of biological genetic gene", "the matrix distribution law of biological genetic gene", and "the double S-curve law of life cycle". This paper represents the core content of my thought. My innovations in science and technology (natural and social sciences) focus on this.
